A long-horizon, systems-engineering analysis of Hawke's Bay’s problems and the solution camps that address them. Written on a 10 / 50 / 100-year frame, presented neutrally, and generated from a typed entity graph so every claim is traceable to a source.

    Cyclone Gabrielle recovery (~$3–5B regional), heat, drought, and adaptation in Te Matau-a-Māui.
