A long-horizon, systems-engineering analysis of Manawatū-Whanganui’s problems and the solution camps that address them. Written on a 10 / 50 / 100-year frame, presented neutrally, and generated from a typed entity graph so every claim is traceable to a source.

  • Climate adaptation

    Whanganui River legal personhood (Te Awa Tupua Act 2017), Ruapehu volcanic hazard, and adaptation.
